Hello, I’m Martinique Teperman, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I founded Rooted & Rising Counseling because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen and heard.
